An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join our nationwide team to administer our training database providing effective customer service


Qualifications Required : Entry onto the apprenticeship is subject to a thorough initial assessment to establish course suitability. Ideally applicants should have at least 4 GCSEs including English and maths at grades 9- 4 for a Level 3 Apprenticeship and 9-3 for a Level 2.
Proof of qualifications will be required before you can be accepted onto the apprenticeship.
PLEASE NOTE: All applicants regardless of entry requirements will be emailed an Initial Assessment to complete as part of the recruitment procedure. This is an online assessment in English and maths and can be completed at your preferred location remotely. Those without the stated entry requirements or awaiting GCSE/GCSE retake grades, will be offered further advice and guidance to support their application and may be invited to complete an assessment at one of the campuses.
Vacancy Full Description : Database Management:

Using the Learning Management System to ensure that:
All information contained in the database is accurately inputted and maintained. Changes in the FCC Company structure are reflected in the training database within one calendar month of the change. New User accounts are created, with correct information within 1 month of a new employee joining.
Leavers are disabled within 1 week of leaving FCC
Assist the CMS Coach to input data and groups to ensure correct data can be exported for the site/department training matrices.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 8-4.30 Mon-Fri I hour unpaid lunchbreak
Salary : £ 346.20 (Weekly)

Personal Qualities : Attention to detail
Excellent communication, both written and oral.
Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills, especially the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload within strict deadlines
Be able to identify when to ask for help
Be able to manage communications and form relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Skills Required : Experience with databases desired
Administrative experience desired
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
Accurate and efficient keyboard skills

The successful applicant will be expected to complete other training as defined within the Training Matrix.
Future Prospects : This may lead to a permanent position within the training department
Training to be Provided : No regular college attendance required.
Training for all job specific tasks will be given. In addition the apprentice will have the support and guidance of a qualified assessor from the college, who will make on-site visits every 6-8 weeks
Other Information : The role will involve long periods working on a computer.
This role is predominately home based and you will be supported via Teams on a daily basis. There will be some requirement to drive to the Ipswich office location for training and face to face meetings, therefore a driving licence would be desirable.
