Vacancy Short Description : Apprentice Telesales Advisor to join our fun team working on a monthly magazine title. The role involves talking to both new and existing clients to help them to promote their businesses.

 

Qualifications Required : Entry onto the apprenticeship is subject to a thorough initial assessment to establish course suitability. Ideally applicants should have at least 4 GCSEs including English and maths at grades 9- 4 for a Level 3 Apprenticeship and 9-3 for a Level 2.
Proof of qualifications will be required before you can be accepted onto the apprenticeship.
PLEASE NOTE: All applicants regardless of entry requirements will be emailed an Initial Assessment to complete as part of the recruitment procedure. This is an online assessment in English and maths and can be completed at your preferred location remotely. Those without the stated entry requirements or awaiting GCSE/GCSE retake grades, will be offered further advice and guidance to support their application and may be invited to complete an assessment at one of the campuses
Vacancy Full Description : Fizzwig Designs Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, individual to join their expanding design company as an apprentice in their telesales team at their company based in Britannia Road, Ipswich.
The company produces a monthly publication and the successful candidate will be involved with this, working on the sale of advertising space within this magazine.

Duties to include:
• Selling advertising space
• Negotiating with customers
• Account management
• General administration tasks
• Lead generation

This role will suit someone who enjoys achieving targets, developing relationships and who has a good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner. The successful applicant would also receive on the job training as part of the National Apprentice Scheme working towards an NVQ qualification.

Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 9 to 4.30, Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch break each day.
Salary : £ 161.25 (Weekly)

Training to be Provided : Qualification: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard College Attendance: All assessment and training is undertaken in the workplace Training for all job specific tasks will be given. In addition the apprentice will have the support and guidance of a qualified assessor from the college, who will make on-site visits every 6-8 weeks. There may be the occasional need to attend either the Ipswich or Rural Suffolk (Otley) campus for short training courses and tests.
Other Information : The role does involve making outgoing phone calls to new clients. There is a great deal of cold calling involved to build your client base. This involves making 60+ phone calls a day. Having said that we offer full training and support throughout.
