Qualifications Required : Entry onto the apprenticeship is subject to a thorough initial assessment to establish course suitability. Ideally applicants should have at least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths at grades 9- 4 for an Advanced Apprenticeship and 9-3 for an Intermediate
Vacancy Full Description : As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers over the phone & in person.
Key responsibilities include:
• Answering the telephone
• Managing social media accounts
• Updating in-house database systems
• Handling consignments & lot collections
• Taking payments over the phone & in person
• Condition reports, lot enquiries & photography
• Completing telephone bids with customers unable to attend auctions
• Attending valuation roadshows to greet customers & establish needs
Number of Positions Available : 2
Working Week : Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm including occasional travel
Salary : £ 161.25 (Weekly)

Training to be Provided : Qualification: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard College Attendance: All assessment and training is undertaken in the workplace Training for all job specific tasks will be given. In addition the apprentice will have the support and guidance of a qualified assessor from the college, who will make on-site visits every 6-8 weeks. There may be the occasional need to attend either the Ipswich or Rural Suffolk (Otley) campus for short training courses and tests.
Other Information : Very varied role.
Lots of customer interactions over the phone and face to face
Travel and staying away from home when supporting company events.
Manual handling when moving consignments.
