Vacancy Short Description : An exciting new opportunity for an entry level Recruitment Resourcer to join a new recruitment agency in Ipswich, offering ethical pricing to clients. You will become part of the team that helps mould and grow the client and candidate list.

 

Qualifications Required : Entry onto the apprenticeship is subject to a thorough initial assessment to establish course suitability. Ideally applicants should have at least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths at grades 9- 4
Vacancy Full Description : The role requires someone who can source new candidates and clients to focus on the employment of temporary and permanent staff. The candidate will have general knowledge of the recruitment process and an understanding of the day to day needs within a recruitment environment. The role is a unique opportunity for someone who is interested in a career within recruitment, who wants to develop their skills and progress in a fast pace industry. Working within the team, you will be responsible for providing first class administrative support and high-quality customer service across a wide range of recruitment activities. You will be actively supporting candidates by providing feedback throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience is provided. You will be the main point of contact for the candidates so responding to their enquiries by phone, email or face-to-face, in a timely manner will also form part of the role

• Ability to deliver effective, administrative duties; well organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines, whilst appropriately handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills are essential as well as an ability to build and establish relationships. A good phone manner is needed along with a friendly approach.
• Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, a result orientated approach and continually seeking to improve.
• Experience of working with IT systems including Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems is important.
• Experience of working effectively as part of a team.

Experience in a working environment is helpful but not essential. A positive, proactive can-do attitude is a must.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 9am to 5pm with one hour break, working days are flexible dependent on needs of business
Salary : £ 180.00 (Weekly)

Future Prospects : Potential to earn commission on recruiting for clients after the first year. In house promotion after apprenticeship is complete. Dependant on performance
Training to be Provided : Business Admin Level 3 qualification including Functional Skills in Maths and English if required
